Ji Shin Martial Arts uses resilience training to help vulnerable groups such as the elderly feel as strong as possible, both mentally and physically. The resilience training can be specially adapted for individual trainees. Ji Shin Martial Arts aims to introduce the feeling of mental and physical strength to as many students as possible.
